"I had a great experience bringing my almost 10-year-old dog in for a dental cleaning! The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. His teeth came out clean and free of tartar!
Because of his age, the team made sure to run blood work and perform a thorough exam before anesthesia to ensure he was healthy enough for the procedure. During the exam, the doctor discovered a heart murmur and took the extra precaution of performing X-rays to evaluate his condition before determining it was safe to proceed.
I also let the doctor know that my dog is a herding breed with the MDR1 gene mutation, and he took that information seriously by developing a specific sedation protocol tailored to my dog's needs. I really appreciated how carefully he considered my concerns and kept me informed of his findings every step of the way.
The staff did an excellent job communicating my options, explaining pricing, and keeping me updated on how my dog was doing throughout the procedure. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was in caring, knowledgeable hands. I'm incredibly grateful for the attention to detail, compassion, and communication from the entire team. I highly recommend them!"

"My dog wasn’t feeling well, and my regular vet couldn’t get her in for several days, so they recommended trying this new clinic. We were able to get in the very next morning and were seen very quickly with hardly any wait.
The doctor took the time to explain all of our options, including the potential costs, and explained what he did and didn’t recommend and why. I really appreciated being able to make an informed decision without feeling pressured.
I also loved that payment was handled right in the exam room rather than having to take my dog to the front desk. The next day, they even sent me a text to check on how she was doing.

"I took my dog in to get a consultation on a dental cleaning. Everyone was very nice. They are upfront and reasonable with their pricing. I was asked if he needed his vaccinations updates and I told them everything but Rabies, as he went into anaphylaxis the first time he ever got that. The doctor explained to me they they could give him Benadryl before hand to minimize the risk. He was kind and made me feel comfortable giving the vaccines. I will be bring my other dogs here and making them my primary vet.."

this was (9/12/26) one of the worst days of my life.. i took my 20+ yo kitty for a wellness check. we knew she needed pain meds, but due to her age i asked for bloodwork. she was not happy about this, so we decided on pain meds and bringing her later for bloodwork when she’d be more calm. unfortunately, the stress of the bloodwork sent her into cardiac arrest (thankfully the vet was watching over her). as much as my heart and mind wanted to have them continue CPR and do as much as they could to save her, i knew it would be worse on her to do these things and what followed. i unfortunately had to let her go.. this is the first time going to this vet hospital, and in no way was this their fault. they were very straightforward in helping my mind understand what was going on in order to provide the best care for her, which unfortunately was letting her cross as peacefully as possible with euthanasia. they let me have as much time as i needed (honestly never enough, but they were not pushy), they were caring of her, got me everything and more to help remember her for the rest of my life. i had her since i was 8, she was and is one of the best kittys i’ll ever get to know. while the worst experience for me, these humans made it as comfortable for her and as straightforward and empathetic as can be for myself. i highly recommend these vets and techs. they made the worst thing for me, the best for her in ways of knowing that it could’ve happened any day but knowing she didn’t have to suffer. i thank the workers here, it is a hard job to have. i never do reviews, but feel this is absolutely something i need to review and speak on. thank you for being so caring and truthful to help my baby be in peace and no longer in pain."

"I can't say enough good things. Our 2 y/o Sphynx Ghost was able to get a next-day neuter appt. He has heart problems & couldn't be under anesthesia for too long. Bryce & Hailey were gentle with him & quick with surgery. The Clinic called us with updates & when we picked him up he was provided proper pain management for the next couple of days, a neck cone, & even had a complimentary nail trim. The Clinic staff are professional, kind, & the facility is welcoming & clean. They even gave our little one a certificate of bravery. Five stars is not enough for the surgery & first class care he received his well-being was prioritized first & was such a happy boy when we picked him up."
